The start of a new adventure

Today I made it official. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful, historic building in Penns Grove, New Jersey. After years of driving by the building and peaking in to check it out, there was finally a "For Sale" sign out front in October 2016. After consulting with many people including an engineer, attorney, accountant, building inspector, architect, and contractors, I decided this is a project I need to undertake.

I have always wanted studio space for both my fiber arts and my watercolor painting. I want it to be my next job after I retire as the Salem County 4-H Agent.This will be that space to pursue my artistic interests. I also want to be make it a teaching studio by offering classes as well.
